would it have any effect on admission (besides scores of course)

If I decided to take the literature SAT II instead of the Math 2C one. I know the latter has a very generous curve and I thought I was good at math (in precalc H) but it's just not clicking with me when I look through the collegeboard SAT 2 book

And then I'm also doing french which might be annoying since I've heard it's designed to challenge native speakers.

i thought math IIC was a requirement

I think math 2 is only required for engineering.

confirmed. only college of engineering and chemistry require/highly recommend math II and a science. i doesnt matter if you switch from math to lit.

I just wondered if they viewed math more favorable. I'm undecided and will be when I apply

favorably..

i dont think theres a preference for math unless you're going to be a math or science major

I took Lit and Latin and got in. (Although, sping, but I think that was more a courseload issue than anythign else. IE, no ap's before senior year even though my school offers almost every single one).
