Would it help or hurt my chances?

<p>I just found out that a third person is willing to write me a letter of recommendation. It might be possible for me to overnight it tomorrow so that the admissions office gets it on monday. Would this in any way hurt my chances for admission? Would they be mad that I'm sending it so late?</p>
