Would these extracurriculars get me into the University of Michigan?

I'm a sophmore in high school. I'm looking at some extracurricular activities/volunteer opportunities and I am wondering if they will get me into the University of Michigan.

I'm already in the school orchestra and will have been throughout my whole high school career.
I babysat for free last summer. This was about 25 hours a week. So if summer was 12 weeks, this would equal 300 hours. Would this count as volunteer experience?
This is it for now...

I'm looking into getting extra music lessons outside of class regularly.
I may play in an orchestra group that plays in the community.
I'm looking into numerous volunteer opportunities. I want to volunteer for at least 2-3 hours per week.

Here are some basic stats:
GPA UW: 3.96 W:4.03 These should be higher by the time I apply.
Class Rank: 10 of 343
I plan on taking 7 or 8 AP classes.
ACT: I'm taking this soon. I've been getting 32s out of the Real ACT book if that means anything...

I'm in-state.

Thanks! And let me know if I left anything out.

For in state students with these stat, you should not worry too much about your EC. Just be yourself and show your passion on something. My D did not do much EC either and she got accepted.

A Chances by any other name is still a Chances thread.
