Would top colleges rescind me for 1 C in an AP class?

I’ve applied to most top colleges like UC Berkeley, UCLA, and a couple ivies like Columbia, Brown. If I were accepted into one of those colleges, would I get rescinded for getting 1 C in my 2nd semester grades?

I have gotten 2 B’s in high school so far, before 2nd semester. I anticipate my 2nd semester grades to be around 1 C, 1 B, and 4 As. 5 out of my 6 classes are APs.

If it helps, the class I think I will be getting a C in is AP physics. I did get a B in AP Physics the last semester so its not like my grade dropped from an A to a C in 2nd semester.

Thanks for any replies.

Will that C be your final year grade ?
It may matter to the UC’s if your final grade is a C. Dubious for the others as long as the rest of your grades remain high.

Yeah im thinking that will be my final year grade. I think UCs only require you to maintain above a 3.0, I was wondering more about the ivies

Are you getting a D for this term? Because that’s be a concern for UC 's and any other college.
If your final grade is a C and you got a B first semester, you should be in the C. +/B-Day territory.
See your teacher after class, do anything s/he tells you in terms of extra work, get a tutor.

I won’t get a D this term, just a C. What do you mean by the c. +/B-Day territory?

Typo

They are not going to see that second semester C until after they have accepted you. I would have worried more had it been in the first semester. AP Physics and AP Calculus are known to be hard, so they won’t assume that you slacked off. A single C in this circumstance really should not affect your acceptance to any top school. Try to finish strong, as there still seems to be a lot of time to improve.
