<p>maybe. I am fairly obsessed with intelligence but I also value characteristics such as kindness, curiosity. I don’t think I would be repulsed–I would be slightly interested; however, in the end I would never be able to deal with it. It would get on my nerves.</p>

<p>Presumably, if someone was obsessed with me because of my intelligence, they’d be in awe of it in some way, meaning that they’re noticeably less intelligent than I am (or in the very least, regard themselves as such). While I like the idea that someone is attracted to my intelligence, I dislike the idea that someone (i.e. a potential date) would either actually be dumber than I am or lack self confidence about their own intelligence.</p>
