Would you consider me done with SATs? (Applying to Harvard Early Action this year)

SAT 1: 780 Math; 750 Reading and Writing; 1530 Composite
SAT 2: 770 Math 2; 750 French.

Are those scores good enough for me to forget about standardised testing now, or should I think about re-sitting/taking additional subject tests?

Your scores are wonderful and there’s no need to re-take any of them. That said, admission to selective colleges is not a meritocracy; applicants are rejected every year even with perfect scores because Admissions is looking for student’s of “good character.” And that is not revealed by test scores, but through your teacher recommendations, guidance counselor’s report, essays and interview report. Best of luck to you!

Agree. Your scores are fine. Move on

Count me in as 3 for ‘you’re done with standardized tests.’ Spend your days writing a cohesive narrative with your application. Essays should be pristine and authentic. Take risks, but be true to yourself in them. Also, buy your rec writers thank you gifts in advance and afterwards. Other than that, there’s not an awful lot you can do other than wait for decisions after submitting (other than continuing to pursue the passions you listed on the common app!)

Good luck to you!!
