CCers who apply cornell ED are at the top of the pool, or at least near the top?

Most probably. Many people are applying to Cornell as long shots.

I wouldn’t consider myself at the top with a 31 superscore and I’m on CC…

definitely not the top, but hoping for a miracle. my current sat score just sucks.

but community-wise, I think most are

mediocre would probably be the nicest adj to describe me; lol. though i sure do hope those else in cc are at the top of the pool or else there is no way ill get in.

oh god, i really hope so.

look at the acceptance rates from last years ED, and then look at the ED results thread, and see how many of those kids were accepted. The numbers are pretty similar. My assumption is that CC is not really a random sample, but that being a CCer doesn’t have any positive correlation with getting into cornell. Therefore it would be safe to say that CCers are not at the top of the pile, but spread throughout the pile.

^true. Reading from the responses, i feel like on top of the pile at CC lmao. That’s a good sign.

definitely. most people’s scores are beyond the middle 50% accepted to Cornell.

Sorry for reviving an old thread, but I hate the waiting game as much as you guys do too.

I think the CC pool would be on top of the pool (hopefully). It’s hard to tell based on the results threads…
