Current:
SAT: 1470 (760V/710M)
SAT II: 760 Wr, 720 Bio M, 700 IC (meh)

If you were me (applying to top 10's, emory), what would you retake?

I've taken the I one too many times, but, after surfing this site, my score looks oh-so-very mediocre. I think I can get 1550+, so should I try one last time?

OR- should I retake IC or bio?

I already signed up for the I, but I can switch to a II if needed.

sorry pharm, but i do not concur, in my opinion you should not retake them r2005, all of your scores are solid and above 700 as they should be, and your sat composite is exceedingly potent, so leave at that and i honestly think you're good to go =)

it shouldnt cause too much concern for you. only retake the ones pham said if you feel your academic record or transcript would indicate that you were otherwise unqualified in those areas. if you have a stellar science/math record then you really shouldnt care.

Seven Nights--
See, this was my concern. I have a solid grades in both Science and Mathematics, but I was worried my scores would undermine my academic record in these subjects (e.g. easy school? grade inflation?)

Perhaps I'm just overanalyzing the situation.

As long as you're in the 700s you're fine. Sleep in, think about me (690V 690M) retaking in January because of those 10 points in each section. So close.

ur math scores do make you look not so great at it (relative to writing/verbal). def retake that sat ii, cuz theres less chance involved in improving that score (like 78/80 on sat i drops you down to 770 on math, which is stupid). theres more leeway on the sat ii's.
