Would you say I am a lock to be accepted as a transfer?

<p>Ok, last year, in HS, I applied to UConn but was waitlisted. My stats were semi-competitive for the honors program, so I called admissions and they said that it was due to the fact that all spaces were filled by the time they got to my application. I think I may re-apply within the next month or so.</p>
