<p>Unless it's a school with rolling admissions (i.e. UMich, etc.) it doesn't matter when you send your application as long as it's before the deadline.</p>
<p>I heard from a Georgetown adcom that they don't look at your app till they get all the applications in so they can compare you against other students applying from your school.</p>
