<p>don't know about the rest, but I applied to JHU and UVa too (as an international student). got into UVa but not JHU. Just wanted to share that.
I was in the most competetive high school in Turkey and was in the top 25. my grades were about the same with you (not IB, but almost as competetive I've been told), and my superscored SAT was 2150 (C and W = 680, M= 800).. got a 730 on bio, 710 on both math I and II. 5 on AP Bio. (also took AP level chem and calc, but didn't take the tests -- stupid me) just to give you an idea..
you're likely to make it into JHU imho, but if not, I'd say just forget the rest and go for McGill if you're headed for pre-med.. just my opinion.
I had to decide between UVa, Wash-U in St Louis, McGill and U of T, and I'm headed for McGill this fall, so yea, a little biased you might say :)</p>
