-Colleges like tough workload.. and IB has not been a piece of cake.
-I like to think my character and personality are my best traits rather than my academics. Hopefully, i can show that to colleges.</final>

I am applying to only reaches/matches because if i do not get into one of them, i will go to U of T or McGill. Here are the ones i am considering:

New York U.
Cornell U.
Rice U.
University of Virginia
University of California-San Diego
Tufts U.
U. of Chicago

Sorry for the insanely long post. I just want to really get some feedback on my chances at these schools.

Please Be Brutally Honest.. Where am i lacking.. where am i excelling..just feel free to make any comments.

Thank you, and Please Chance me and I will Chance Back!!

Senior year you need to get all above 90 for sure.

Try developing a really outstanding extra curricular interest before you send applications and make sure it means something to you personally.

Chicago, Tufts and NYU look to be a bit of a reach at the current time. But just really work at the grades and that one extra curric.

btw: can u chance me too?

All 90 plus... are you crazy.. no offense.. i can't do that with my current workload! Maybe you are like 1/1000 genius but i am not! Besides in my school 80 plus is an A

I'm not exactly sure how a college will analyze your grades. Your courses are probably a bit harder than AP's here, where often a 90% is the cutoff for an A. I'm not very familiar with IB's, unfortunately. All A's is impressive, but to me it looks like you have a mix of A's and B's. Also, I'm assuming you're trying to take 3 SATII's in one sitting. That will be very tough, especially if you are prepping for all of them. I would suggest to take Math II and your other strongest, since I believe all of your schools require 2 at most. This will let you focus on doing well and you will probably perform much better. Assuming a college would read your transcript as all A's, your test scores would be the limiting factor for your admission at many of these schools. Low ivies do admit 2100s but at lower rates. Having a 2200 or 2300 gives you a much better shot. Try the act, too. A 34 will give you a great shot anywhere.
Emory - match
NYU - match
Cornell - low reach
Tufts - high match/low reach
U of Chicago - low reach/reach

That's just my opinion. If you want to respond to mine I posted it a few days ago. It's called To ED or not to ED?. thx.

NYU and U Mich: match
Cornell: low reach/reach
Tufts: low reach
U Chicago: low reach
UVA: High match/ low reach

may you match mine

I think you'll do fine. Good luck :)
