<p>Title is self-explanatory. What were your first impressions of it and the college in general? I loved it, but I wish I hadn't gone to a party. You're free to give much more detail than that :)</p>
<p>Just out of curiosity, what was the party like (if you have any experience with parties)… I went to one at a very “geeky” school and it was a rather “geeky” party. Was that your take away, or did you find it more rowdy? Also, was drinking a focal point or did you get the sense that non-drinkers would be fine?</p>

<p>Anyways, I went to the October session so i literally just came back.
I loved it, and the campus is GORGEOUS especially in the fall. Williams has a very laid back, and friendly vibe (the sort of place where you end up knowing a lot of people). The admins were really good at pushing Williams over other schools (esp Amherst…)</p>
<p>I went in September and LOVEDDDDD it! I got the sense that I would spend four years around some amazing people if I went there; my hosts and their friends were so welcoming (and funny on those party nights). Ahmmad and all the other admins were really good at pushing the school, like pinkrocket said 
I visited Amherst right after that (literally- Williams was the 22-24 and Amherst was 24-26) and almost right after stepping on Amherst’s campus, I knew that Williams was more friendly and community-oriented. </p>
<p>I didn’t go to any Williams parties but from what I heard, they were pretty lame. I went to Amherst’s and of course theirs were more wild because of the Five College kids (from UMass & Smith mostly) but I’m from Atlanta so both would have been pretty sketch to me, lol.</p>
