Does anyone know approximately where Hall House (13) is located in Wright?

Wright Quad is on the form of the letter H. Hall house is the 2nd house south of the food court, East side of the H, so it is the middle building of the bottom left leg of the H. If you took a tour, chances are it was Hall House, both of ours were, and they said it was their “show” room.

Thanks! We only saw Teter during our dorm tour, so we were unsure.

Zville, I reread my post, and realize I was contradictory. All is correct except I meant that Hall is in the RIGHT leg of the H (not the left). I have no idea why I typed left, Arghhh. Keep in mind that Wright does not have built in closets and shelves, they have modular furniture, instead (much less storage in my opinion)

I moved my daughter in today and Hall was exactly where you said it would be. Just across the breezeway from the food court. What a great location. She had plenty of storage - but not sure if they gave her extra because she and her roommate have a “large double” which is 2 rooms. And the bathrooms in Wright were not as scary as some people had told us ;)

Zville, my son will live in Wright, does he need a cooling fan cos there is no air conditioning.

I would get him one. There’s only 1 window per room and not a lot of airflow. It was ok today just sitting around but we did some rearranging and it got hot quickly! I suspect the upper floor are warmer.

I will buy one tomorrow. thanks, Zville.

We were advised that having two box fans, one facing in, one facing out, gives the most air flow, so that is what we are bringing. Hoping for the kids it is a mild fall (the summer has been), because last year was incredibly hot well into late fall. Zville, I am sure our girls will meet by next week!

Mama - What house in Wright is your daughter in?

same house and floor as yours. :)

does anybody know the width of the closet door in wright ? when we did the campus tour, I saw the boy hang up a half mirror on the closet door, is it a good idea ? thanks.

there are no built in closets at Wright, it is modular furniture with a wardrobe. If I recall it is about 34-36" wide. Wright staff told me that there is a mirror on the inside of one of the wardrobe doors. I had seen a photo as such and asked the. this question specifically. I believe there is also a towel bar on the inside of the other wardrobe door

Yes there is a mirror and towel bar on the wardrobe door. She also has a full length mirror on one of her walls, but I don’t know if that’s standard or not. Below her wardrobe is 2 drawers. It ended up being enough room for her clothes. She’s got her shoes in milk crates under her bed.

thanks a lot, mama and Zville. so I do not need shopping for mirror.
