<p>The above topic is an essay on Brown's supplement. I was thinking about writing about Letters from a Birmingham Jail by Martin Luther King, a 4-5 page essay written when he was in jail. Is it appropriate considering the essay topic asked for a book? and should I go with a book/essay that the adcoms will be more familiar with?</p>
<p>King's Letters should be virtually universally known, trust me. I don't know about the first question - whether it would be appropriate - but if you are passionate about it, go for it</p>
