<p>Just list your ECs, work experience, any special skills or activities. It’s like an informal resume. The point is to give your GC something to use as a basis for the rec letter.</p>
<p>Is it in Naviance? They usually give 4-5 questions and you have to write a paragraph for each. Try to write well formed paragraphs because many school advisors just cut and paste verbatim. Paragraph themses include: Activity, work, sport, that had more impact on you and why; list any special prizes or honors you have received; list summer activities; describe personal strength and weakness; describe academic strengths and weakness; anything special that influenced you; future academic goals/majors/career interests.</p>
