<p>I applied to a school where for your supplemental essays you need to provide your Name, Birth Date, and last 4 digits of your SSN on top of each one. I forgot to do this ...how big a mistake was it?</p>

<p>It’s a minor technical glitch not a huge issue. Just let them know that there was a minor mistake and ask what, if anything, they’d like you to do.</p>
<p>It probably won’t make a difference unless you’re right on the borderline. Colleges know this is a stressful period and that little mistakes like this are bound to happen.</p>
