I submitted my parents’ 2017 tax return on IDOC but identified it only as my father’s, not my mother’s even though both of their names appear on the tax return (they’re married so everything is combined). I didn’t notice this before submitting… Is that a big deal? Should I notify colleges about this mistake or is this just a detail?
