Will a w effect my transfer to cal state long beach. I have more then 60 units. What if I am no longer full time?

I have 3 W’s and still was offered admission. A lot of UC students have W’s also.

Word on the street though is keep the W’s minimal as grad schools do look into them a lot more intensively. (More strict about W’s the more rigorous schools are)

thanks, i should of been more clear though. I am transfering for fall of 2011. I have been admitted. Finishing my spring term before transfer. Will the W count against me when transfering, recind my admissions?

All 60 units completed, will have 72 units completed by the end of my term.
All golden four completed. Class is not a part of my major prequisites.

oh, you should call admissions & records but from my previous post in another forum it seems a W / fail grade will not affect your admissions standing UNLESS your gpa takes a nosedive and you do not meet the min. eligibility.

my friend who attends CSUF said that you can take up to 16? fail grade units over. Not sure if the same applies to CSULB though.

guess we can only call and find out.
