They say that the page give error messages while they prepare to announce

what page?

WUSTL Pathway

Last year the Early Decision Release was 12/9 at 11:20ish am.

In 2012 12/11 11:46am
I couldn’t find anything exact for 2013 but if they haven’t come out by now, I don’t think we’ll get them today

in 2013 they found out around 5/6pm EST

so what are we thinking, guys? tonight or tomorrow?

so we have a couple more hours of fun. if not today, it has to be tomorrow.

Both of the past 2 years its been around 11:30 in the morning

oh, so maybe it is tomorrow then.

why would they release decisions while we’re in school?!

I think 8th is too early, so it should be tomorrow. My counselor said WasU is inclined to announce before most colleges.

getting cold up here in Canada…really need an ED offer to push me through the next 5 months of winter > < Does anybody know if there is an advantage/disadvantage for international applicants like me ?

The time stamp on previous year’s posts are incorrect. Even though it says 11:30 am it’s after 5. Not sure why that is. But if you read the posts, you’re see what I mean. For last few years all decisions came out after 5 pm and before 6 pm. And today is definitely not too early. few years back they released on Friday the 7th or something like that.

This is an unqualified guess, but in regards to international applicants, they want you more for diversity, but there are very few spots compared to the pool of applicants. From what I’ve heard it’s harder to get in as an international student, but who knows, I could be wrong. Good luck!

k. 3 hours left for us east coasters.

anyone wanna guess the acceptance rate this yr?

when the ct adcom came to my school for a visit, she said its roughly double overall rate so around 34-38%.

Agreed. Not too early. Last year, my D found out late in the day (5:00 pm Central or so) on Monday 12/9 on Pathway. Hang in there, guys.

Are rejections posted online in addition to the acceptances at the same time? (I.e., is everyone notified at once?)
