WWU - Financial Aid for international students

I'm a 20 year old Indian student and want to do a 4 year course in Finance at the WWU. The cost of tuition fee, books etc. is $20,000 per year according to the site. I can't find any links on their website for aid to international students. Sent them a mail but no replies yet.

Does the WWU give any grants/loans/scholarships to international students? I can afford about $10,000 a year. Should I be thinking about WWU considering those finances? Is there any way to bridge this gap?

Thanks!

The only WWU google turned up is Western Washington University. Looks like there may be a few small scholarships:

Looks like it costs more than you think since you need to live somewhere and eat:

But mostly it says you assume responsibility for all costs and have to show you can afford it before you can get admission and get a visa.

Public schools in the US generally don’t give significant aid to internationals or even out of state US citizens for that matter. They primarily serve the taxpayers of the state where they are located.

I’ll be living with a relative so housing, transportation is not a problem.
