Yale 2014 Hopefuls

Good luuuck everybody!!! I hope to see some of you guys at Bulldog Days next April  I SWEAR we should have a CC booth there or something… ;)

Hahaha, if I could like what you said, fuzzyfirebunny, I would.
I hope you are a facebook user or that reference made no sense.
:)

^ Nope nope, got it completely  Also I believe we’re the only two online right now. cheers KEEPING THE YALE FORUM ALIVE!!! yeaaa boi ;)

I have too much time on my hands. I think I’m talking to you on a lot of forums
What time is it where you live?

only about 11:00, sooo, not too bad :)

winter break has soo screwed up my sleeping schedule though. late night bedtimes, late morning wakeups… eeeeek. oh well :P

It is midnight here. I feel lammmmeeeee. I’m sitting at a friend’s house using CC.

?! why aren’t you guys gossiping about guys (if you’re a girl) or playing video games (if you’re a guy?)

oops. sorry. major stereotype, but oh well. forgive the political incorrectness.

I am a girl, and that is what we’re doing, but I had to check up on CC. JK. I actually was on my phone and got a message on CC that was semi-urgent, so I got on to reply. And now I’m stuck here.

Hi.

I’m waiting on Harvard, Dartmouth, and Cambridge; have applied (and was accepted) to UChicago, Georgetown, MIT, Edinburgh, SOAS, York, and Manchester; and am applying to Yale (obviously) and Swarthmore.

A guy I used to work with/will work with again in the summer got in EA. I hope I’m so lucky!

Fuzzy and Anonymous, loved your little convo from last night. XD

Good morning, Vietnam and Yale hopefuls! What are you all up to today?

 1. Thank I know. everyone lovesi t
 2. Sorry just speaking the truth!!

here we go again…facepalm

guys you gotta watch this :D

Anyone miss the close-knit community of SCEA threads as much as I do? :(

I do too  Oh well, better welcome all the RD-ers  it’s not like the SCEA-ers are gone, anyway, most of us are still posting here in addition to other boards. but I know what you mean.

Hahaha, I wasn’t part of Yale’s SCEA thread. I was actually one the Stanfordians that overtook you guys in number of posts for “fun.” :)

But yeah, it was nice when people were focused on only one school and so they spent more time there.

Oh, I wish I had participated more in the EA threads on the subfora of the colleges to which I applied! RD threads are so much bigger.

Hi! I’m from Maine, and I’m applying for Theatre Arts. Yale is a huge reach for me, but I’m going to be optimistic about the whole thing. I have my reasons for not being the super-student, and I know I’d bring something decent to the Yale community, so hopefully I can express that adequately and they’ll give me a chance! After all, Einstein was considered mentally ■■■■■■■■ in school, right? ;)

Hi, applicant from Washington (state) here, though I guess I’m technically international for college purposes. Applying to Yale (deferred QuestBridge), Princeton (same), Harvard, Dartmouth, Columbia, UPenn, Williams, UChicago, UPortland, Willamette, and University of Washington, and just keeping my fingers crossed.

So, to veer off college talk: what do you guys do for fun, besides filling out college applications? ;)
