For FireFox, Ctrl+Shift+C to open in Inspector mode, are we talking about code
@“Maschinenmädchen” did you take AP stat? This was the topic of my last three tests lol
@Lemonade22 Unfortunately, not. It was at the same time as Calculus BC and my parents wouldn’t let me double enroll. Instead, I was taught this in my summer research.
@LondonVall You have already been accepted though, correct?
@Maschinenmädchen yeah, so take my source code results with a grain of salt
Well it seems like I caused a lot of unnecessary anxiety over a bug that seems to be now fixed. I’m just going to excuse myself now lol. Good luck to everyone!
@“Maschinenmädchen”
Speaking of mailers. CW sends an enormous amount of mail to most students.
@hsc927 That is what I assume. The “bug” probably existed, they caught it and have now corrected it. Especially since now it says “#huid-teaser” in the code.
BTW, I do all this because I find it to be a fun de-stressor. “Your mileage may vary.”
You can make Status, Forms visible element on right side between Introduction and Important Dates.
Well but those are dead links right now, so that is how it would look on decision day.
@ambkeegan Yes, they were my top by a factor of 2.
@Maschinenmädchen same. Coming on CC is my de-stressor. I check CC multiple times an hour because freaking out with the rest of you is the best therapy
@LondonVall LOL!!! Finding “hints” is probably the ONLY reason I am here. LOL!!
@“Maschinenmädchen” well you said the code shows your actual number, right? I unfortunately do not see that on my source code, so that could be a very good sign for you!!
@jeffrandell I should also add that regression analysis is not the same as “truth” or “fact.” Instead, it is simply a way to make an “educated guess” based on prior (normally distributed) data. So, it is entirely a guess. But it is the best guess that I can come up with based on the two data points that I currently have (contacts and results). Nothing more, nothing less.
I love how there’s three pages of people talking about Harvard on the Yale site… and I see only a teaser HUID as well, deferred unfortunately. I do know I have a HUID from the summer classes I took at Harvard…
Chill y’all, everyone has the same source code rn. There will not be any way to know you are admitted beforehand other than your ability to log into the admitted students page a few hours before decisions are released, if even that. Don’t waste your time sweating over nothing.
so basically what I did is log in to the admitted students portal right? When I logged in, it redirected me to the Admissions page, so I checked the source code there.
no you should check the applicant portal’s source code @yayaylearner
@“Maschinenmädchen” do you mind sharing your stats?
GPA: 4.36W/4.00UW
SAT: 1450 (690E/760M)
ECs: Valedictorian (it is automatic for 4.00UW GPA for 7 consecutive semesters), National Hispanic Recognition Program Scholar; EQT/Siemens Award Nominee; 2 years Research at a local University with an ASCB Poster; Cornell University Curie Academy Scholar; Carnegie Mellon University SAMS Scholar; Drama and Choir since I was 7 years old with tons of leads; Co-Captain of Regional Champion (2 out of 3 years) BOB Team, low leadership in a bunch of other clubs like INTERACT, Poetry, and Robotics.
HOOKS: Mexican-American and French National (trilingual), live in deeply rural CA, lived abroad for six years (I am 17 and won’t turn 18 until December).
ANTI-HOOK: Both parents have college degrees (but were first, and only, in their families to finish high school, college and grad school).
My English score is low but I only started English instruction in the 8th grade when I moved back to the US from France (K-1st I lived in US but went to French Schools). I did speak English at home all my life, but I was never formally taught to write and spell (try spelling English words only knowing French phonics . . . not good).
