Hey guys.. what are my chances of getting into yale, brown, or stanford (dream schools)

I'm not much of a stellar student.. but I would really like to know if these top schools would even consider me..
My grades out of (4.0 best)
9- 3.7
10- 3.6
11- 3.95
Theyre pretty average grades..

And then I have extracurrc.
MUN- alot of conferences blah blah
school magazine editor, writer
another magazine for school- staff writer
scriptwriter for this school television thing
yearbook editor
And Ive been in these for 2-3 years

Im currently a junior and I got 2100 on my SAT I on nov,
I'm planning to take it again becuase my math score was just horrible!

I'm still working on getting leadership positions as well as community service
but what do i need to make myself appear outstanding for these ivyleague schools?
Any suggestions?
And currently what do you think my chances are?

Those are reaches for just about everyone. With your scores and grades unless you are hooked unlikely. Id still take a shot but pick some other schools that fit you with slightly lower numbers. Good luck

Read the extracurricular featured thread: Depth > Breadth.

Your 3.6 in soph year’s gonna hurt your chances quite a bit, but nothing’s impossible. And yet, you could be rejected from all three. The only thing you can do is to show passion for your extracurriculars and do the best you can on your schoolwork. Then wish for the best.

What is your major going to be?
Why don’t you try Notre Dame? There also a large school that is well known!
You could prob. get in with your grades!

even though you’re on the lower end, there are still plenty of people with your stats who get in. So you’re still looking at a less than 10% chance.
