It would be pretty crazy if I am holding an offer of admission into Yale’s undergraduate school. Enough energy to run several marathons!

You know what I have noticed lately? That this thread is more active and passionate overall than most of the other peer schools’ ones like Harvard and Princeton and Columbia.

Gotta say, in general I’m liking the posters better in this thread than the Harvard thread… totally not how I’ll make my college decision if I’m miraculously accepted to both Yale and Harvard

Hi! I’m… really… REALLY late here. Anyway, I’m jackson61, and I applied to Yale, and I have about a snowball’s chance in hell of actually getting accepted. Good luck, everyone!

@matrixsurgeon, totally agreed that historical references are awesome! Maths puns light up my world too And what you guys said about this forum being fun, I second that. Though it’s nothing compared to our Oxford decisions forum. We got to a couple of thousand pages, talking about completely random things just to relax. And guess what? It actually worked.

Haha, thats a recipe for an excellent forum! It does help to limit the nerves and external fears and keep people focused on the whole picture. You should have seen the Stanford REA thread. It was pretty intense, especially when it got close to decision date.

@LAMuniv, I think everyone who gets rejected should spam Yale with that link. We could be like, well, you tried to make US miserable, but really, it’s YOU who have been rick roll’d :P’
