YALE EA committee...done yet?

Sooo from stalking the other Ivy league forums, I heard that Harvard was finished with its decisions this Wednesday and are just waiting till December 15 to release the results while they figure out financial aid.

Does anyone know Yale's status? Are they still deliberating or are all our faiths already sealed? :o

Yale Admissions probably finished deliberating sometime this week as well.

done and done - now we play the waiting game.

Anyone desperate enough to break in to their office and take a peak? ;)

^ almost :)

I won’t hold it against them if they decide to surprise us a little early… ;)

As an interviewer and a parent, I’m liking Stanford’s REA date this year and think the release should be made on a Friday evening to give the kids a weekend to absorb the good or bad news before facing their classmates and teachers. How much more painful it must be to get a rejection while in school while others dance around the room. At least with a 5PM release time, all but the West coast kids will be home or at after school activities. Good luck to all.

What about Harvard/Princeton/other universities with a Dec. 15th deadline?

^Harvard has definitely finished deliberating.
I’m guessing Princeton has too.
