Yale Score Choice....

<p>My counselor told me that they actually prefer people who had low test scores, but retake and get a better score.</p>

<p>I first had a 740, but I improved it to an 800.</p>

<p>I have seen quite a few posters here who wanted to "break" the honor system and decided only to send their best scores.</p>

<p>I am certainly not doing that, I am following their policy of sending everything.</p>

<p>Will it hurt though?
Or will it be beneficial?</p>

<p>I personally haven’t taken the SAT II, but Alfonse, I think I could answer your question. I think that’s a good idea because it shows that you made a good score, but had incentive to make a much better one. It shows improvement and determination to better yourself academically.</p>
