<p>That’s awesome! Would’ve applied to UChicago if they did better aid for internationals. Looks like an amazing city. Off to Manchester (UK) in September if I’m not lucky enough to get off of the waitlist for Yale. Which would still be great, but even without having visited New Haven, it’s not really comparable.</p>
<p>You should have… I got some hefty aid which will cover about 90-95% of all my fees. I haven’t visited either… It was the only ones got into (though I only applied to three). </p>

<p>Most places international aid policy is strange, like Cornell only decided after offering admission- which translated to a rejection.
History and politics. What’re you thinking of majoring in at UChicago?</p>

<p>Didn’t the original wait list letter say they hoped everything would be sorted by the end of June? But that’s ‘hoped’ so could be take longer than a week or so from now…</p>
