I applied to UIUC and I checked today and the status is that the application is complete! They received my transcripts & sat scores- I am so happy!

Question: How long do you think I’m going to have to wait before they let me know that I got in? I would say I have a better than average chance of getting in (1500 sat)

I also applied to UMich Ann Arbor and I had a question: How do I check my status of the application - such as whether they received the sat scores + transcripts. I dont have a Umich ID or wolverine access…how do I get that? Please help, thanks.

If I am applying ED/EA do sat scores have to be sent by November 1st or can they be sent after? I will only get my october 8 sat II results by november…and they take like a month to send it…so I was wondering. Thanks!

UIUC has rolling admissions. I'm pretty sure you'll get a decision inside of the month.

I know UMichigan's application site is here, but it seems like you've already applied, so I would suggest call them.

It's not too late to designate/change four colleges to which you want your scores forwarded. I think they get forwarded when the scores come out in two weeks' time.

Oooh thanks a lot - I guess I'll call them tomorrow and check if they received all the materials. If I said to send the sat scores to the four schools will they send them directly? Or do I have to buy them again...

You guys - can you help? I called Mich and they said they didn't have all my materials. I also want to check online from time to time so I don't have to keep calling. Is there any way to get a Umich uniqname thing so I can get into wolverine access? Please help! Thanks!

UIUC - Since you beat the priority filing deadline, you should be notified of your acceptance some time from mid-December to mid-January.

If I remember correctly, Michigan will send you a letter with your Wolverine access code.

The SAT scores go directly to the schools. If you took them in October, they'll have them in plenty of time.

Those schools have tens of thousands of applications to process. Don't call them over trivial matters - have some patience! A 1500 SAT earns you the right to relax a little!
