<p>Just submitted part 1 and now finishing up first essay on page 3 of part 2.</p>
<p>On the menu, it says EC needs to submit a form. Why isn't it submitted?</p>
<p>Because he hasn’t submitted it or hasn’t been processed. EC’s are usually busy. Same thing happened to me, sent him an e-mail, told me not to worry he’ll submit it before the deadline.</p>
<p>Gonna complete MIT and then work on CommonApp.</p>
