What's Yearbook in your school like? Mine is basically hanging out Nov-Apr, and hardcore work end of april and may

That's how it is in my school as well from what I've heard.

Same here... Nov-March we just worked on our individual senior pages on photoshop then we had to create like 4 pages each class ugh...

you have a whole class devoted to it? do you get graded, etc?

Yeah... damn hard grading too, even though I worked my ass off I got a C... its ridiculous

C?! Then why'd you take the class??

Yearbook here everyone gets an A as long as they show up & work, but it's a lot of work, many deadlines . .

I didn't know I was going to get a C... then when I wanted to change classes the principal and superintendent came up with a bunch of crap like:

-If you have a problem with the class this means the school has a problem with it too..
-You can't run away from your problems..
-The school needs a yearbook
-The yearbook is important for the other seniors

thank god I'm done with class and friday is my last IB exam :)

our yearbook class has deadlines. so you have to follow them, can't slack off. i'm not in it though so i wouldn't know what grading's like...

the advisors basically do everything for yearbook. I'm the "senior editor", which is basically just a figurehead... it's all a program on one of the teachers' laptops, so I don't really have much access :)
