I got this e-mail that says:
“On behalf of the University of Minnesota Twin Cities, I cordially invite you and your family to be our honored guests at a U of M Ski-U-Mah Reception in March.”
and
“…invites you and your family to be our honored guests at a Ski-U-Mah Reception for admitted and future students.”
I’ve noticed it says “future students” will it help me get admitted if I go? I’m a junior and I’m applying to colleges this coming fall.
I will need to RSVP. I’m just wondering, are these receptions just regular information sessions? Or are they different and rather selective? I’m still curious about U of Minnesota and am interested in some of their programs.
If you have been to one of these receptions, can you please tell me more about it? Thanks!
