Your favorite music?

@IamEddie I find it cool that every one of the artists you like, I do too. Beyonce, Mariah, and Kanye are all exceptional artistswho make great music. “Speechless” by Lady Gaga is truly a phenomenal song and is undeniably one of her best records. Also, I’m curious about your opinion of Britney Spears. Do you consider her untalented as you do Rihanna, because i certainly do!

Led Zeppelin, The Beatles, Poison (here and there), Wild Nothing, Radiohead, William Fitzsimmons, Clap Your Hands Say Yeah, OK Sweetheart, Florence + The Machine, Birdy, Bon Iver, Simon and Garfunkel, The XX, The Strokes, The Microphones, Regina Spektor… My list goes on forever haha.

Ooh, I love “Speechless” too! I find it so much better than her songs that are on the radio.

If you like Speechless then listen to Brown Eyes. They are the only songs from her I’ll really listen to.

I also love Wonderful and Summerboy (but Wonderful is more relevant to that style). Brown Eyes is great too.

I like classic rock, 80s in particular. Talking Heads and Bruce Springsteen are my favorites. Also, I listen to a lot of video game music. Not remixed, but raw. Even if it’s 8bit or 16bit, I’ll still listen to it if it’s good. I’m not much for modern music.

OHMYGODOHMYGOD. I was listening to New Perspective, by Panic at the Disco, and I decided to search up the movie soundtrack that it was on. I’m going to have nightmares just from screen-shots of Jennifer’s Body.

While we’re on the topic of Lady Gaga, I must say that “You and I”, “The Edge of Glory”, and “Bad Romance” are all complete masterpieces.

Oh jeez, there are too many to count. Some of my most frequently played guys are Lupe Fiasco (favorite rapper) A Tribe Called Quest, Gorillaz, Blur, Oasis, The Beatles, The Go! Team, RJD2, Ratatat, Asian Kung Fu Generation, Bob Marley (and sons), Coldplay, and Death Cab for Cutie, among far too many others. In general, if it’s good (and not ignorant) then I’ll listen to it.

@unknowngeek777 I like Lupe’s music because most of the time, he raps about things that matter in life, rather than the typical topics rappers rap about.

I like:

Old Lady Gaga- The Fame album, Wonderful, Speechless, Brown Eyes, none of her popular songs

La Roux- she’s coming out with her second album soon! YAY!

Lana del Rey

Imogen Heap

A Fine Frenzy

Florence + the Machine

Regina Spektor

Nirvana

Modest Mouse

Foo Fighters

Beatles (durh)

Blonde Redhead

Yeah Yeah Yeahs

Kimbra

Fiona Apple

Extremely random.

Post-hardcore, alt rock, punk, indie (punk), regular hardcore to an extent, metalcore to an extent, anime soundtrack music, smooth jazz.

And, odd future.

98…all those artists are the people that I like…you’re like my other half o.O

Niquii!

LET’S BE MUSIC SOULMATES FOREVER <3

heehee, never ever met someone sharing my music taste before. so cool.

Um, I’m pretty sure you’ve met ME, since I introduced you to about half the musicians/groups on that list.

@ fas hahahhhahaa oh snap

I like 60s through 90s rock (The Beatles, The Doors, The Police, REM, Bon Jovi) and alternative rock (The Killers, Coldplay, Muse, Paramore, Green Day). But I pretty much listen to any genre, even though it’s mostly rock. :D

^ We have almost identical tastes. Except some of the alternative bands I like are a bit less popular and I like some rap/hip hop as well.

Prog rock and hard rock. Rush, Genesis, The Who, Boston, and Pink Floyd are my favorites.

I also have a fondness towards the Romantic era of classical music; I absolutely love Dvorak’s Symphony No. 9 and Saint-Saens’s Organ Symphony.

Um yeah right fas, the only artists you introduced me to are A fine Frenzy, Regina Spektor, and Kimbra. So idk what you’re talkin’ 'bout.
