Sounds like you got a great deal on that Lego set…bet he’ll love it.

I bought a Cricut Cake for $49 from CricutMachine dot com. For that price, I don’t need to use it all the time, and it will be fun for DD and I to play with. It should arrive on Wednesday, I’ve got to stop by Micheal’s and pick up some fondant before then.

Aren’t those the strangest looking things?!! I’d never seen one until I visited a farmers’ market earlier this fall. I’m not a big brussel sprout fan, but these were pretty tasty. I baked them with a little olive oil and salt.

I adore those. Save the stalk! It’s great to cut up in chunks and simmer in stock.

I posted to my brother on my Facebook event to double check about allergies and he answered that he was “morally opposed to brussels sprouts”. I saw one of those stalks at Trader Joe’s for $3.49 and grabbed it - I’ll put it in a vase and use it as a centerpiece for Thanksgiving. Everyone saw his reply so will understand the “gentle” tease. (DH loves them so they will get eaten at a later date.)

Used one of my restaurant dot com coupons and took sons out of dinner. My kids could not believe the deal! BTW, they are currently running a promotion of $2 for a $25 coupon.

35% off at Gap, Old Navy, and Banana Republic online with code MERRY. Today (11/21) only! Free shipping on $50 and up.

Groupon has $25 for $50 coupon for Sharper Image. It’s online only and you have to factor in shipping of at least $10 to figure out if a good deal, but coupon can be used for shipping too. But good for those odd little presents.

worrywart - I have not received the gloves either

^^^thanks, mamom

Thanks for the code jambaby. I’ve finished holiday shopping for DH!

Costco travel agency rocks. A car in SJC for $22/day midweek, all taxes included - unreal.

Nice Isotoner Ladies Stretch Fleece Gloves – 2 Pairs for $5 at Woot. One size fits most.

I think I got very lucky with the headphones from NewEgg. I noticed that the price went from $29.99 when I ordered them last night to $49.99 this morning. Whoohoo!

Round trip, non-stop, tickets on Delta, between Minneapolis and Detroit, $315 for every single day in December. I’m shocked! I paid $650 in June and $450 in October.

Paging BunsenBurner:

Karen Millan and Tory Burch sales 11/25-28 between 25 and 30% off.

Also $50 gift card for $100 purchases at the Bravern Shopping Center.
IIRC that is in your general geographic area?

Saw this one on fB …
Just got email from American Eagle – 40% off tomorrow and free shipping. Use code 72429831 – 40% is the lowest I’ve seen from AE in recent memory!

Can’t hardly keep up w/emails this week with all the “supposive” specials - I can’t keep track of it all!

MaterMia thank you for that…my daughter LOVES these boots she got there, gets tons of compliments and wanted a “spare” pair in black. I said only if I find them about half off. If this works, they are hers. : )
Gap, Old Navy, etc. will have their daily 30-50% sales from now until Christmas but AE isn’t as generous. Last year, I did just as well online with free shipping as I would have done in stores with less headaches and gas. Some love it, but online shopping has become more norm than not.
