Rakuten is viewed by some as the “Amazon of Japan”. One of its larger acquisitions was Buy.com (now Rakuten.com in the U.S.). They recently purchased ebates.
I take that back! I just was going to order a pair of TOMS for my son - and it IS showing it as Rakuten - OMG people check out the cash back offers - I think good through tomorrow - many are 15-20% cash back!
OK, just bought two women’s chamois shirts @ $104 combined with tax delivered. They are solid-colored, blue and cream and I’ll use them as lightweight jackets and/or shirts as preferred. They were on sale for 20% off plus because I used ebates (now Rakuten.com), I got 15% cashback! Wow, I see how folks can go broke saving money. 
Anyway, the two shirts are much cheaper than the one shirt I purchased earlier for $62! I really like this heavier flannel shirt and the solid colors will go with most things and just get softer when washed!
what ebates is a 20% rebate @abasket? Only finding 15%

Yesterday I got a pair of TOMS for my sons b-day with 20% cash back.
ah. I ordered 2 things for DH - both 15% back. One didn’t list the price I paid though, so I messaged them.
I have the ebates button on my laptop on my task bar. So if I visit a website with a % up, a pop up pops up! 
@jym626 What do you mean by it “didn’t list the price”?
@RandyErika - It showed the price I paid (and what they calculated my percent back) as around $15 less than I paid. So the rebate amount is a few dollars short.

nope. I think there was an older version of the shoes that are on sale for less. Maybe they have a software snafu. I can send them a screenshot of the price (and I am not including tax)
Whenever I had a concern with Ebates they credited my account immediately with what I thought I should have received. I just sent the order number and the amount of my purchase. I don’t know if it is the same now that it is Rakutan, but likely.
I like kneipp products and their site has a good sale.

I have been using Rakuten (ebates) in the last few days to shop (Macys, Walgreen, Wine) and getting 15% cash back. There are 200+ stores where you could get cash back. I stocked up on my toiletries.
