Both my daughter and I have Vionics. I have a pair of the most comfortable flip flops I’ve ever owned. DD has pair of black dress flats that she can wear for 12 hours at a time, and that was the goal when buying those.
I’ll put a pitch in for AllBirds too. Very very comfortable. I believe only available online.
Nordstrom is running their mascara promotion this weekend. If you buy any three mascaras, they will deduct the cost of the lowest priced one. And if you live near a store, you can get a $10 promo card for ordering online and picking up curbside or in the store. The promo card can be used 11/16-12/16.
For any of you who are red wine drinkers and live near a costco, there are 2 great wines available for a very reasonable price (one is even on sale!) They are both italian wines. One is called Tinazzi Vinum Italian #3 Opera. It’s $15.99 a bottle at Costco and its very yummy! Ditto for the Tenute Girolamo Conte Giangiolamo 2015 on sale for $14.89
Yesterday I went to CVS and bought two greeting cards and face cream. Thanks to deals and coupons on my card, I spent $15.08 and saved $15.09. Husband was impressed.
I wish Costco in Maryland sold wine.
I usually take advantage of the Nordstrom mascara deal, but I guess I haven’t worn as much since COVID, and I still have some from last year.
Still expensive, but Ulta has 50% off this Dermadoctor vitamin C serum. I had good results with my dermatologist recommended Skinceuticals product similar to this but just couldn’t justify the cost. Free shipping or curbside pickup at your local store. Merry Christmas to me ?
I did order something from Sweaty Betty and returned it. Order with a CC with no foreign transaction fee, I got dinged because I had no idea. The item came from London. The return was really easy and I do not remember it taking very long. Definitely less than athleta whose returns sit forever before your card is credited.
MPowered has 40% off most of their products. New this year is a “make your own solar light” kit. Great STEM gift for kids. Their solar lights also make great stocking stuffers. I give them as HS grad gifts for power outages or early/late walks around campus. Also great for camping. My DS actually hosted a group study session by LUCI light as a freshman during a power outage.
I just ordered a set of Faberware pans from Kohl’s. (Black Friday sale)
They are 69.99 - 15%. = $59.49
There is also a $20 faberware rebate available plus $15 in Kohls cash.
Final price $24.49
Target has a 50% off sale on many board games. I picked up quite a few for either gifts or for our own home to have when the kids are home for Christmas.
Amazon has $5 off $20 select books. Must be sold by Amazon. It’s an extra savings promotion which will show up if applicable when looking at a book. Target also has $5 off $20 select books.
