Well about 60 ppl out of 840 got a 4.0 in the freshman class, and 57% got honor roll. (3.5 and above). Just shows you how easy freshman year is.

4.0 uw = 0% because AP's even the best get 90-95
4.0 uw w/o APs = maybe 2 or 3 kids, out of 330. <1%.

my school
2 or 3 out of ~70 w/4.0
6 have over 3.5
as you can tell my school is really sucky

I think 3 people do, out of 155.

A 4.0 just means all final grades have to be over a 93, yah?

It's the val, #4, and #6, cause our ranks are weighted.

Not very many people do. We do the 100-point scale though, so we're not worried if we get As, but how high it is.

129 seniors.

4.0 = 0 people, lol. Valedictorian has a 94.3, salutatorian : 94.2 ..
3.5 to 4.0 = ~9(?) people
4.0 is 95 and 90 is 3.5 at my school :).

Seeing as my school doesn't do a 4.0 scale...I'll go with who gets on Dean's List (90% or above in all classes). For my year it's around 20%, for the non-seniors it's a little lower (the class of '07 has like 15/110), we've got a little over 25 or so. (My class has always had more Dean's list people than the other years since we were freshmen).

I think I'm like ranked 4 or 5 with a 94.5% cumulative average (was a 94.8 before this semester)...top guy has like a 97, I know at least two more people ahead of me.

About 10/400 get 4.0s and I think like maybe 50/400 get 3.5-4.0 scores, maybe even lower. But my school is majority black and many don't graduate from high school, so it's hard to estimate the demonimator here.

Around 10-15 people out of about 100 get a 4.0 unweighted ant my school. A grade of 93+ is equal to a 4.0.

After last year, it was 32/547 in my class .. but after the new semester and the overbearing aspects of junior year (and AP classes!), I'm sure that number has decreased quite a bit.

But what bugs me is the fact that someone who gets all A's in really simple, non-AP/honors classes can outrank a 3-AP, hard-working, one-B student. At least, that's how I think it works, anyways.

My school has around 1300 people, and my official class size was 399 last I checked.

I think there are 17 uw 4.0's at my school (meaning 17 veldictorians; we don't use weighted to determine val).
That's about 4%.

I'm not sure, probably 1% 4.0 and 40% above 3.5.

All I know is that I'm jealous of those of you who get 4.0 from a 90%, because at my school you have to have a 95. Anything below that is 3.75.
