Your Space. To label or not to label?

Sorry for the cliche title--but it did get you here!

On the Vassar supplement, we're given the option of uploading three Your Space documents. Instructions tell us that we include our "name, high school, and date of birth," and that Vassar cannot return any documents.

Using some common sense, I've decided that labeling my supplement as Vassar instructed is unnecessary if I upload it directly to the Common App, for the PDFs will be attached to my file.

Does everyone concur with this decision, or should I place text onto the photographs I've uploaded? Thanks guys. :)

I’m here again with an update from the end of the tunnel, so that future readers will know what they should do. I chose not to label my uploaded supplement, and I have been accepted to Vassar. My best friend, who also did not label his submission as far as I know, was accepted as well.

My friend will likely attend. I may have, too, but Princeton has accepted me into its Class of 2018, and it has long been a top choice. It became my single top choice after I spent the night with a friend there, but Vassar, too, will hold a place in my heart forever. I toured its campus last week, and it is absolutely gorgeous. Arboretums are always beautiful, and so are old collegiate buildings, but when you put the two together you have a wonderland.

My thanks go out to all the posters in the Vassar forum who led me to discover the College. I am so grateful to have known it.
