<p>A club. in school or through the YMCA. It is based on state government not federal. Basically, you can either be a senator, rep, attorney, press core or lobbyist without election. All delegations meet for a government simulation in the Capitol for a weekend in April. During the stay you play your roll and debate bills you wrote in the house or argue your brief in the court house. Each year at the end a gov, head justice, speaker of the house and other things are elected. It’s pretty formal when you are there. Parli pro and all that. In short, it’s a state government simulation where middle and highschoolers play the parts of government officials.</p>
