<p>Hi CCers. I have a question for those who already took 09-221 chem lab 1. What is the course like? What is the workload / difficulty for this class? I may have to overload (67units) to take this class.</p>
<p>Unless you want to completely obliterate your freshman year social life, do not overload your first semester. Especially on chem. The labs are notoriously hard.</p>
<p>lol oh no. im not a freshman, and yes i agree that NO FRESHMAN should overload first semester. thanks for the caring reply though 
im a rising sophomore and im just curious how work intensive chem lab 1 is. i can afford to take it next semester. my fall semester seems light comparative to my previous semesters, so i was wondering if i should take a crack at chem lab 1. i normally spent a lot of my time on programming, but this sem im not taking any.</p>
<p>with chem lab, i have 67 because 10~12 of them are either attendance based courses or minis (on second half). so i was wondering if its worth taking chem lab 1. but i do know that the labs are notoriously hard and time consuming</p>
