Hi,
I’m planning on doing an intercampus transfer from UCSC to (preferably) UCSD. I have 40 quarter units from prior AP exams, and I’m a humanities major so completing major prereqs is not a problem. I’m just confused as to what I should put on my self-reported grades for the application. Will all my grades be marked as “in progress”? Will I be put at a disadvantage compared to other transfers who have actual grades?
(For those who are trying to discourage this pathway, I’m aware of CC priority. I should also mention that I’m coming into UCSC with a very open mind, and I genuinely like the ambiance there when I went for orientation. At the end of the year if I feel like something is missing, then I’ll have some options.)
Thanks so much for this info, @mikemac! The link was extremely helpful in answering a different question I was misinformed about and saved me a lot of time. And yes, finishing in 3 years is my plan!
