I have got the Blue Book(official study guide) and some other books for the New SAT. Do I need 10 real sats for more practice, or is this book already outdated?

10 Reals will only provide more practice for long-passage reading comprehension, sentence completions, and the easier 2/3 of the math section. You could also get SAT II Writing books for extra grammar and essay help.

You don't NEED these books, but if you feel like you want more practice, go ahead and get them.

What do you mean EASIER (2/3) of the math section...I am planning on buying this book so that I can get more practice, especially for math - is it a good idea to buy it for the math sections?

He means less advanced mathematical concepts by "EASIER." The old books don't have any of the Algebra II problems that were added to the new test. These newer problems are not really more difficult than the old SAT Math, they are just different. I find them easier than the older math because they are more like problems I have encountered in school, and the topics are more recent so they are fresher in my mind.

The "new SAT" dropped the quantative comparsion section of the "old SAT" and added a handful of Algebra II questions. Since 10RS is in the "old SAT" format, it will contains quantative comparsion questions, which will be useless for you, and will not have any Algebra II questions. Nevertheless, having more practice material from College Board will be useful.
