How is a sat score of 1790 for a first timer. I prepared by myself. Applied to cuny colleges and hoping to get in. Do you think I need a SAT retake???</p>
<p>If you can, try to prep a bit more and take it. I don’t see why not because most people score higher after the first time. If it doesn’t go higher, don’t send it. It’s as simple as that.</p>
