1970 to 2200? Is it possible?

My first test I scored a 1970, then I scored a 2090 on a practice test. My goal is 2200+. I’ll post the breakdown for each section.

Total-1970
M-650
CR-600
W-720 (Essay-8)

Total-2090
M-710
CR-630
W-750 (Essay-11)

Do you think it’s possible for me to get a 2200? I’ve been studying a lot recently and I have a tutor. I know I need to really raise my CR score, but does it really seem possible? And if so, how can I do it?

absolutely.. I got a 1930 (cr:660,m:680,wr:590) the first time got a 2150 (cr:800,m:690,wr:660) the next. You need a 230 point improvement, I got a 220 one with very little effort (not suggesting you should slack off or anything).

your critical reading jumped 140 pts? you're my hero pime.
so you missed 0 on the CR?

Yes. My PSAT was 196, pulled it to a 2250 on the SAT

In sophomore year, I got a 1970 on a Princeton Review practice test offered at my school. Now, my composite score is 2300+ So yeah, it's possible!

please help me on how can i get my critical reading scores high,i m a bummer in this portion of sat, please help me.

Yes, I got a 191 on the PSAT and a 2290 on the real thing. Practice tests, practice tests, practice tests! Get a book with, like, 50 if you can.

yeah, why not? you've already proven you can take big jumps in your scores with your retake.

I'm doing a PR private tutoring thing and I've taken about 5 practice tests in the book they gave me. My scores are sooo varied though. On one I scored a 2000 and on another I scored a 2250. But the score differentiation is always in the CR section. Any advice?
