Here's my problem: I JUST REALIZED that I forgot to mail my first marking period grades! I have an official first marking period report card instead of the Olin Form D, stamped and signed by my guidance counselor, but completely forgot to mail it on Saturday. I am basically distraught - I don't know how I forgot about it!! Would it be acceptable for me to scan in and email the report card, signature and Montclair High School seal included, to the admissions office today, and put Form D in the mail tomorrow?

Though I don't know what was in the email, I think that they are less concerned with the supporting credentials being exactly on time than the electronic application. I'd check and see what that email says, and just send them as soon as you can in either case. You might want to send an email if they're going to be significantly late, but I doubt that it will actually be a "crisis."

Because of the national holiday on January 2nd (in honor of President Gerald Ford), there is no mail service. PLEASE do not stress about this! If you still have things that need to be mailed to us, just drop them in the mail on January 3rd.

Just turn your materials as soon as possible and the admissions office will receive it when it does. If you have an incomplete application, the admissions office will not penalize you for having your resume or a recommendation form two days late. However, it does need the materials in time for the reading period (I'm not sure exactly when that is though).

When I applied to Olin I forgot to send in the application fee, so sometime in mid-january I got an email saying "We have everything but your application fee, can you send it in?" I sent it in, and here I am!
