<p>I have a 2.6 GPA and I am currently a junior in his second semester. I'm pretty confident I will score excellent on the ACT and SAT, so is there any hope for me? I also volunteer, and I am taking four AP classes next year. I would say I am a above average essay writer. I have also been receiving emails from their admissions office and I got an invitation to tour the campus. I don't know if they do that for everybody though. I live in Colorado, if that affects anything. I know I really really really messed up in high school, but I feel like I am an intelligent person. Please reply and have a good day.</p>
<p>Since you are a junior, you still have a chance to raise your GPA considerably. That’s what you would have to do to have hope for the University of Miami. As it stands now, with a 2.6 GPA, you don’t have much of a chance. You still have time to right the ship, so don’t give up.</p>
