mint and rmatt: wow 2 more AAPs!!! so i emailed the lady at aap admissions and she said that decisions for us won’t come out till early may. long wait for us huh

I’m applying to PAM, and I’ll definitely keep the board posted.

ahhh that sucks! are you an architecture or art transfer?

I’m trying my best to keep track of how many CC ppl got accepted!! So far 3 people got accepted!! 2 Of them got accepted to CALS and 1 got accepted in ILR.

Haha, yes lemon, that was directed to you, sorry about that =P

Wow, VERY slim chance, indeed. I’m an international applicant as well, so I have to wonder how much that reduces my chances, LOL.

I transferred last year, and my decision was up some time at the end of April or early May. Good luck everyone :)

Note: Not from AAP though…

http://dpb.cornell.edu/documents/1000156.pdf

If you look at that link it says that 17 were actually accepted throughout the whole AAP school, but not all were able to come. They should have 14 transfers though, which is odd that the other statistics don’t match up with this one

Hey Guys,

I applied for fall transfer admission into Cornell Arts and Sciences… no status update on their site yet (says material received and forwarded for review), but I did get a shock today in the mail - a big envelope from Cornell. Inside was just financial aid information with a Fin. Aid and Transfer Timeline doc… I’m wondering, would anyone read anything into getting this package, or is this something that every applicant gets at some point or another?

@Pressurewave, everyone gets that package… Financial aid and transfer admissions work separately

Thanks for the note Dragon -

Yeah, the thing that bugged me out about that (and everyone else, I’m sure), is that it says “Admissions and Enrollment” on the front.

Pranks and/or chicanery.

anyone get anything yet?

My Application status page was recently changed yesterday but other than that, nothing.

How you all coping?

Bordering insanity here.

Im just waiting for my acceptance package to be here :)… They sent out a group of acceptance package last monday (mostly GT’s and a few reg. transfer students). I didn’t get anything yet :'(… But I do hate my school haha…

So do we get the e-mail first, or does the status page change first? I keep checking both daily… Since I’ve applied I haven’t really received any other than a big envelope with the Financial Aid time line in it, with the Admissions title on the front. Didn’t receive any e-mail really either except the ID’s and stuff.

Did anyone who was accepted yet receive a certain envelope or any other mail before they were accepted? Also, what was the first way you were notified or found out you were accepted?
