Cornell decisions

Can anyone let me know when the Cornell University decisions are coming out? What is the exact procedure i.e Do they release all decisions in one day or do they keep on releasing decisions everyday. Also, when is the latest one can hear from Cornell?

Thanks

Decisions are released daily starting probably tonight and lasting through early june...
Don't even bother checking condstantly online... The DB is updated once after midnight.

martini - how do you know this. did you call the admissions office?

They told me the same thing. Although they said decisions will most likely start getting posted tomorrow since they need time to upload them on to the computer after a decision in made. I don't get why it would take them all the way until the end of may to make some decisions when they start this early, however.

Do they post the decisions in the website?

Seconded. How could anyone be a guranteed transfer?

its some thing where certain people who applied in high school receive something short of a waitlist - a guarantee that pending they fulfill certain course requirements and maintain a certain gpa that they will get into cornell after one or two years.

i dont have one, but some people on the cornell forum do.

Has anyone heard anything? Yesterday they told me starting tonight, and I've read on here that they usually post at 12 midnight.

good luck to you all! cornell is awesome and i would love to go.

i actually was going to apply to cornell also but i decided to just apply to 1 ivy, which was penn. even if i ever were to be accepted to harvard, i would still go to penn :]

anyways, good luck and i know you guys have been waiting for this moment for quite some time, hehe.

i'm just reading this post, and it's 11:59... i guess i'll go check

still nothing

yeah same, but maybe it takes awhile? if there are 1000 + applicants

mmm... maybe...

haha i'm not even counting on getting in, but i guess i've gotten my hopes up thinking i have a shot... idk, it would be nice to know i guess

i feel the same way :-/... if anybody gets a decision please post here with the school you applied to and some stats so the rest of us can gauge our chances

yes, and even if you dont get in, if you get your decision maybe you would be kind enough to post? i mean, no one COUNTS on getting in, and ovbiously we all think we have a shot... but any news would help :-) haha
