<p>So that survey we got saying thy will house freshman in other places, do they place us by who turned in the survey first or is it just random. I'm still thinking about it but if its first come first serve, I want to submit it asap. thankss</p>
<p>All I know is that you can resubmit the survey AS MANY TIMES AS YOU WOULD LIKE until the deadline.</p>
