is anyone else having trouble with the essays? i'm opting to do the second prompt because it seems that it can lead to a more creative essay, but i find it very difficult to think of anything to write about. did anyone have any ease in writing it?

absolutely… i’m having so much trouble with all my supplements :(

i found relief in writing about something more lighthearted than i expected to at first… idk if that’s the kind of help you were looking for.

I wrote the first draft to the first prompt and idek man its like I forgot how to speak English or sth because its so bad… and weirdly written. The prompts were better than last year’s imo so there’s at least that.

I went in a really different direction from how I think they intended it (I already applied ED), I would suggest interpreting the questions in as many ways possible

How many words should it be ideally?

Don’t think about the question. Seriously, don’t. Think about what you want to say about yourself that you haven’t gotten a chance to convey yet, and then transform your answer to the question into your self exposition of whatever kind you choose.
